Gender Equality
KPP is committed to gender balance in leadership, governance, and opportunity — guided by the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
Our Gender Policy
The Party recognizes gender balance of no less than one-third for either gender as guaranteed by the Constitution. Where possible, KPP strives for a 50-50 gender rule in leadership, using the Zebra Method — one man, one woman.
Women will be appointed if not elected to ensure equality in the governing body and all other party organs.
